So who is United Equity? How did we get to where we are today?

United Equity is locally owned and operated by Ryan Bouc and Daniel Thomas. We are both born and raised Nebraskans; Ryan grew up in Wahoo and Daniel grew up in David City. We graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and, in 2010, while we both were pursuing other professional careers, we decided to start buying real estate. What started out with us buying a single house to fix and sell has turned into a company that has sold hundreds of homes in Nebraska over the past decade. On top of that, United Equity has also built a rental portfolio of nearly a hundred homes during that time.

Anyone who knows us would tell you that we are hard-working, honest, and loyal. We wouldn’t want to be known to be anything less.
